Alicia D. Stukes is an accomplished real estate professional who has been licensed since 2002, bringing more than two decades of experience, market knowledge, and client-focused service to buyers, sellers, and families navigating important real estate decisions. Licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina, Alicia combines extensive real estate experience with a strong background in facilities, property, project, and organizational management.

Alicia is affiliated with Century 21 New Millennium, where she provides personalized real estate services built around education, communication, advocacy, and trust. She holds several professional real estate designations and certifications, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), At Home With Diversity (AHWD®), Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), e-PRO®, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®). She is the Founder and CEO of I’m Bruised But Not Broken, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women impacted by domestic violence and connecting survivors and families with resources that support safety, stability, education, and long-term well-being. Her community involvement also extends to civic, professional, nonprofit, and service organizations where she has contributed her leadership, advocacy, and organizational expertise.
